How norbärt® came to life…

Hello, my name is Veronika Lafer, and I’m the founder of norbärt® – a multifunctional baby cover designed to support you in everyday life with your baby.

As a mother of two, I know how unpredictable and sometimes overwhelming life with a baby can be.
You’re out and about, and suddenly there’s no clean changing surface. The weather changes, the wind picks up – and despite all the things you carry with you, it’s often hard to fully protect your baby.

I wanted a simple, beautiful solution that truly makes everyday life easier.

The name norbärt® came from something very personal.

The idea of a protective cover naturally led to the thought of protection – and for me, that is deeply connected to my two brothers, both named Norbert, who have passed away.
In my heart, they continue to watch over me and my family.

At the same time, a mother bear is known for being especially protective, caring and strong.

And so, Norbert became norbärt®.

Today, norbärt® supports parents in protecting their babies – in a simple, thoughtful and beautiful way, every single day.
