Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. It is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal within this period.

In the event of withdrawal, a refund of the purchase price will only be made once the goods you received have been returned. The goods must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

If items show signs of use or are damaged, norbärt may charge an appropriate amount for any loss in value. The same applies if returned goods are missing accessories (such as pouch, straps, stickers, etc.).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. You may either return the goods by post or hand them over in person.
