Shipping conditions

All shipments are insured. Please note that shipping is generally carried out at the buyer’s risk. The risk passes to the buyer once the goods have been handed over to the carrier (postal service, courier, etc.).

Delivery times

Delivery time within Austria is up to 7 Austrian business days. Delivery to Germany and Switzerland takes approximately 12 to 15 Austrian business days from receipt of payment. The stated delivery times are estimates only. Veronika Lafer / norbärt does not guarantee delivery within the indicated timeframes.

Orders are shipped after payment has been received. Any costs arising from the buyer’s failure to accept delivery will be borne by the buyer.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate (including postal code, city, street, house number, staircase, apartment number). Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delivery delays or returned shipments. Any additional costs resulting from such issues may be charged to the customer if caused by negligence.

For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes and additional fees may apply, which are not included in the total price displayed.

Shipping costs are charged once per order. After payment has been received, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
